With this NIL and Jacoby de committing. It impossible to even care or get excited about players committing anymore. It’s gonna be a shite show. It’s gonna be pick the highest bidder out front.

The sport (CFB) I fell in love with 50+ years ago is gone. This is a different species altogether. I would be ok if the whole thing was blown up and started over. No exaggeration whatsoever.

it s all about money now. Some schools will even lie to convince players they will make more money if the player signs with them.

College football is dying, will be semi pro and not attached to universities soon enough. Only a couple decent years left.

NIL will only affect the super high profile players that play certain positions.
And if these high school players are more concerned with making bank, they won't make it at the SEC level anyway...

Guys like this were hard to land before NIL. He’s a 5* and ready to play. Before you could get a few of these guys to wait. But now waiting means no money. Portal will be more important than NIL going forward
