More than half a century since they were modernized, hate crime laws in the U.S. are inconsistent and provide incomplete methods for addressing bias-motivated violence, according to the report.

Due to the complexity of hate violence, certain statutes meant to protect racial minorities and marginalized groups are less effective, as a consequence of bias in the criminal justice system, the report says.

The existing laws can even discourage hate crime victims from coming forward, advocates say in the report.

Released Wednesday, the report is a comprehensive national review of hate crime laws that shows where laws variate. It also cited widespread flaws in data collection and reporting. Though the majority of hate crimes in the U.S. are committed by white people, motivated by racial or ethnic bias, the crimes disproportionately reported Black Americans as the attackers.

Every fricking week there are multiple videos of blacks attacking whites or Asians for no reason.

I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I've watched a video of a white person randomly attacking a black person.

Blacks are viewed and treated like royalty by soys and white guilt cucks. They can't be racists, they don't commit crimes (and even if they did they had justification), they deserve a life of privilege above everyone else because some of them have ancestors who were slaves, blah, blah, blah. These people spend their lives trying to atone for being white and call you a racist if you don't.

I think people like this make race relations worse, because there is no way most whites will bow down and wash some black person's feet and ask for forgiveness for something they had nothing to do with, and for someone who was never a slave. Only the white guilt pussies are interested in doing that.
