Rush is right again: A lot of similarities in the media: Simone Biles and Donovan McNabb.

Here are Rush’s comments about Donovan McNabb in 2003
Replace McNabb with Simone Biles. The media had a huge desire to make her the greatest of all time because of what she looks like. But she proved she didn’t have what it takes.

The comparison is correct insofar as the rush to protect her from criticism or scrutiny, but Biles was (is?) a great gymnast.

The difference is that Donnie was only better than average. Simone does things that have never been done before.

We are making a mountain out of molehill with this Biles issue, she is a great athlete and shouldn't be compared with McNabb.

McNabb was one of those black QBs that sports journalists said would revolutionize the NFL from now on because of their running ability.
