Just this month, 13 NFL staffers and four players, including one of each this weekend, have tested positive for COVID despite being vaccinated, per sources. NFL and NFLPA have been in discussions to increase testing cadence for vaccinated staff and players as an extra precaution.

The NFL and the NFLPA are also at odds over the use of wristbands to identity unvaccinated players, per sources. The NFL is allowing clubs to to make players wear bright colored wristbands, which the NFLPA believes is unnecessary. Talks to continue.

The #Colts announce that coach Frank Reich, who is fully vaccinated, tested positive for COVID-19 and is quarantined. He has no symptoms.

Why are they testing them?
Funbelt isn't testing vaccinated players/coaches. Is the NFL planning on testing vaccinated players/staff?

The vaccine does not prevent you from getting Covid 19. Do people not understand that yet?
Posted on 7/26/21 at 10:20 am to rt3
yup. pretty common. I tested positive last week after being fully vaccinated

All asymptomatic.
Covid is so prevalent right now that small fragments of the rna are hanging around everywhere.
A positive test only means there are fragments of viral rna hanging out in you, not necessarily that you are infected
Again, testing asymptomatic vaccinated people is idiocracy

That’s it, increase testing. Idiots

They don't want to understand that. Delusional or disingenuous at best!

Because they don't want the virus to spread to non-vaccinated people. They wouldn't need to test if everyone had the vaccine, because then the risk of someone having serious health problems is basically zero after getting the virus.

Those people have had every opportunity to be vaccinated. They chose to be on their own, let them be on their own. This is the definition of nanny state.

So we are protecting people who don’t want to be protected probably bc many of whom know their risk is basically null as well.

The "vaccine" doesn't work
It's a combination of false positives in testing + vaccines not being 100% effective. If Pfizer has an efficacy of 95% after two doses, still gonna have an unlucky 5% that contract the virus. That's why it's important a majority of people get vaccinated, to reduce the chance of the unlucky 5% coming in contact with each other and unvaccinated.
But the NFL still shouldn't include vaccinated people in their testing protocols.

Here’s a novel idea.
STOP TESTING THE VACCINATED
STOP TESTING THOSE WITH NO SYMPTOMS
fricking year and a half of this bulls hit and people are still being fricking retarded

Not every individual body reacts to the virus in the same manner though. Not everyone is guaranteed to develop antibodies.
