A HR rise of 10BPM would have me slightly worried about myocarditis
trust me, I'm watching it
although I had my first weekly average below 60 since COVID last week, so maybe getting back to normal a bit
I'll keep watching my data though

There is zero doubt that some folks will blame long prior covid exposure for many deaths for years to come. Likely the same for the vaccines. Virtue signaling is the needle. Attention is the heroin.

You just conflated people being pro vaccine as being "allies" to the "establishment", as if people can't make their own risk/reward assessments without being part of everything else
Perhaps partisan is a better term, then.
And its not conflating anything. Turn on the tv, radio etc. It's all the same phrasing you hear on here. That's not political, at least not partisan. That's the establishment opinion.

Funny. I just got accused of simply being against "librulz" like some qtard.
No one has individual agency on the internet I guess

it doesn't make sense because you were putting all of your faith in the bureaucracy of the USA earlier in the thread in that you were hinging your decisions on bureaucratic red tape that was removed for this vaccine
I understand that and I'd probably agree with you if I was just reading it too, so I'll try to bring it all home.
I guess the way I should have said it is "I'll wait til everything is good or they admit it is hurting people because it is undeniable at this point and no one can sue anyway". Either way I'm in no additional danger than right now vs potentially more taking the vaccine and I'm willing to run the risk to find out. Hope that makes sense instead of my normal word salad from the ADD brain.

here is a study from 2012 discussing the safety, uses, and effectives of mRNA vaccines
bookmarked and I will read tonight when I have time. thank you for actually attempting to educate. I hope this helps me make a decision.

mRNA vax has been around awhile.
This vaccine was not "Rushed" as the mouthbreathers keep trying to say.
It is simply a variation of a vaccine for another strain of Covid that has been in development for 20 years.

Not pressing you as I'll find out on my own later but by chance do you know , off the top of your head, any examples of practical, safe, successful deployment of an mRNA vaccine that people might recognize ?
Basically is there information on any mRNA vaccine, administered and studied that DOES have long term information available and works like the current ones being administered to people?

I’m not gonna ask your age but if you’re >40, chances of clinically significant myocarditis from the vaccine is abysmally irrelevant.

You are, BIGLY
You can’t say you know the death rate of covid is low, while also saying the vaccine rate is undetermined because it hasn’t been out for long term
Those are contradicting measurements
Look another trump accusation!
I didn't say that, but to say long term deaths can be contributed to covid is to continue the covid myopia.
SARS isn't a mystery. We know the long term effects of respiratory infections.
So to say "what if it's killing people way down the line?" when in any real world scenario it really won't be...In order to frighten people into taking a shot they didn't want is disingenuous.

38 and my heartrate increase is from COVID, as I have yet to be vaccinated because I'm waiting the recommended 3 months
I've been working out and everything fine, my average heartrate increase was just something that I noticed after looking at my Garmin data

Who dv's that?
You have an oximeter? Or does your watch/phone do that?
I'm a year younger than you. I was out running fairly shortly after recovering from it - 8-9 days. Forcing the run actually helped kick my cough, I think.
Was able to put the inhaler away and not get the script refilled.
It took me a month to get my speed back up, then speed plus distance took another month.

I bought an oximeter when I got COVID. The only reason why I went to the doc during COVID was because my oxygen levels dropped to 86. Breathing treatments helped.
Oxygen levels have been fine since.
Just saw a study about heartrate rise in FitBit data for people with COVID, so decided to look at my Garmin data and noticed a very obvious spike after COVID of my weekly avg resting heartrate.
In 2 years I didn't have a weekly average above 52, with an average of 50. After COVID I was 60-62 every week. Last week finally dropped to 59. I had COVID in late April.

Are you febrile or anything else?
Lots of things can trigger the HR increase. Cheers and hope you get well without incident

I guarantee you have had the flu
I guarantee that I haven't. Since you don't know me your "guarantee" means less than shite. I know what the flu feels like, don't need someone to tell me I have/had the flu. I don't know anyone that ever went to the doctor because they had the flu. The doctor can't do shite about it but tell you to rest and drink fluids. Oh yeah, they also remind you to pay the receptionist on the way out the door.

Everyone I have ever known that has had the flu has gone to the doctor.

Why? Did the doctor cure them? No, they just wasted time and money.

To find out if they actually have the flu? And if so to get Tamiflu?
Really, it was more about your "point" that no one you know goes to the doctor with the flu.
Your experience is pretty irrelevant.
