Weed Killer - Chamberbitter

My neighbors yard is full of weeds but I’ve never really had much of any issue with them making their way into my yard. But in the past month their yard has become a sea of chamberbitter and I’m starting to get some in my bermuda and zoysia.
Haven’t been able to find much online that will kill it. I’m planning on hitting it with some 2, 4-D but even that looks like it’s going to take several applications. Do I need to splurge and just get some Celsius?

Celsius is actually pretty cheap. Just a lot up front.

Chamberbitter - Clemson University
Too hot to use atrazine, trimec herbicide or 4-way herbicide (Weed Free Zone). You don’t want to be using 2,4D in this heat - damage your lawn.
Yes I’d bite the bullet and purchase Celsius. As tilco stated annual usage cost is not so high. My bottle is 4 years old and I still have plenty left - I use it almost exclusively in the summer - 10,000 sq ft residential lot. So prorated $15-20 a year?

Was planning on going to get some Celcius from Site One, but can’t recall, is it restricted, or can Joe Public buy it? Also, I think I remember that it can be mixed with Sedgehammer?

I broke down and bought Celsius a few weeks ago. It killed the hell out of the chamberbitter.

I bought some from Site One and I'm as far from a pro as you can get.

I just don't get you people who are so worried about your lawn and weeds.
Who gives a shite?
My house sits on 3 acres with lots of trees...I have grass, weeds, lots of pine straw, etc all over the place. Run the mower over it, make it flat, and it's all good.
Go inside, have a drink and chase your wife around the house. Stop worrying about weeds...it's ridiculous.

I have chamberbitter showing up in flower beds. Can I just use round-up now, being careful with overspray? Or is Celsius better? TIA

just hand-pull it from beds.
do it now before it goes to seed

Hand pulling has been working for me in most of my beds that I've kept properly mulched. But I've got a couple of spots in back yard where they've gotten out of hand. Are already in seed. So looking for a chemical alternative...

This. I noticed a few on the edge of my neighbors yard and it seemed like in a day or two it took over that side of their yard.
