What gets you so motivated to go out, campaign, donate, protest, and vote for these policies? This is just a sampling of policies Democrats like.
Open borders
Being energy dependent
Inflation
Fuel prices
Federally controlled elections
More powerful China
Taxpayer funded abortions for fully developed 3rd trimester babies
Giant, mega international billionaires funding and controlling all of your policies
Larger federal government and less powerful local governments
Pelosi engaging in insider trading without repercussions
Biden taking kickbacks from China and Ukraine for pay for play favorable policy
Loss of freedom (speech, 2nd ammendment, 4th ammendment)
Shrinking middle class and small businesses struggling
Transgender surgeries for children without their parental consent
Jobs being shipped overseas
Not having school choice for kids that want better schools

They're asked this question frequently and never answer.

The ability to project and not get called out by the media.
They'll tell you Republicans and Trump are responsible for all of those things. And some will even do it with a straight face.

Don't forget laxing criminal punishments to increase crime.

They have a strong motivation to follow their programming.

Most of them truly don’t know. All they know is that they have been told by social media, Hollywood/entertainment, sports, and news media that they should support Democrats. That’s it.
Never underestimate the pure stupidity and bandwagon jumping tendencies of the average American. If somehow magically tomorrow those mentioned above told them to support Republicans, they would follow suit. It’s sad and pathetic, but true.

Well they’re not going to take a position and will be first in line to snipe another

Like with most people who align with a political party, their main driving point is just political football. They want to win and they want Republicans to lose. Policies and values have very little to do with it.

No doubt you até a lot of acid with that answer

Liberal Privilege... and if anyone says this is not a thing now, they are a fricking liar.

Down voters won't respond?

If you're relatively left-wing socially, economically capitalist, it fits the Democrats more than the Republicans right now.
There's a reason why middle-class people have begin voting for Democrats. Democrats won college-educated people by over 15 points last election.

Anything anti-American, that will knock the country down to size.

Republicans have become far too anti-free-trade and anti-globalization for my liking. Tariffs and protectionism aren't for me.
I work at a banking firm. I really should be voting for the Republicans so that tells you something.
I'm fortunate enough to make over $100K and I'm still a capitalist but I think immigration is pretty necessary for a country with an ageing population, that free trade is good for the country, and I wasn't a fan of Trump's rhetoric on any issue. I also don't think manufacturing is coming back and the US needs to continue its transition to a service-based economy.
I much preferred Mitt Romney and would probably vote for the Republicans if someone like him was running.

Nonsense.
You guys lost and are trying to cope with it.
The reality is Trump alienated half the country.
