it will come down to LC and one of the other two in the runoff....there is no way Vina makes the runoff but if her and Heno can team up for the runoff....there's a chance
Not much of a chance but those two women are very popular and can cover a lot of ground as far as gaining voters across the entire city.
LC is gonna have to work hard to get re-elected.
