Well I’ve only ever flown a Cessna 152 or 172. Both lawnmowers with wings. Traumahawk too once when I was younger.
I’d like to try out the Hornet but alas, Digital Combat Simulator is my own hope for this.
I also would like to fly the 737. Been in the sims and also fly it on X-Plane 11.
Lastly, a more attainable goal is to one day fly aerobatics when I can spare a few thousand bucks and about $50 in Dramamine.

I’m partial to my RV. It’s a little hot rod. I have time in only 5-6 planes with most being trainers, 172, archers and arrows, cirrus etc.

I’m in the process of building an rv-10 so I hope that one will be my favorite in a few years.

I get to fly a falcon 7X and it’s pretty damn amazing. I’ve flown a bunch of crap including citations, King airs, phenoms, and the E145 and nothing’s close to the 7X IMO. If I could fly anything commercially it’d probably be the 757 or the 787, both are just awesome

Super 'Dec

Simple, cheap, center stick steer, bush style, nostalgic feeling, acrobatic, just plain barnstorming fun.

I actually learned to fly on the SR72.

I love the C-130 to no end, but this:

Was an absolute blast.

Only thing that compares is putting the 130 onto a skinny dirt strip for me

One day I’d love to have a tail dragger(husky, decathlon, cub, whatever…) to fly off of a grass strip. I haven’t flown a piston powered plane in over ten years and am dying to get back to it.

Not sure if he’s online, but I’m qualified to answer the question.

Yes, it’s a J. He’s probably got time in that exact tail if I was guessing.

Edit: if you’re ever curious if it’s a J or a legacy, look at the base of the vertical stab. The J has the “tramp stamp” as us legacy baws call it. The black de-icing boot. No H models have that. Plus the H has the tell tell smoke trail.

Looked nice and clean and longer. I have heard great stories about jumping from them. Was manifested to jump a J but we reconfigured loads so I was switched to JM on an older model.

That too, most Js have an extra pallet position.

Another tell is that the majority of Js don’t have external fuel tanks between the engines.

My favorite had a yellow handle two strings and was held together with rubber bands. Sounded cool.

I'm probably sit here for 4.5 more years. It'll give me 20yrs AD and 28yrs total. I might be a little long in the tooth by then, but who knows. I just started a little side work on BE20 for fun. Maybe that'll lead to something later.
