There was no Ethan Hunt in the original Mission Impossible TV series. The only character that they gave a TV series name to was Jim Phelps, who they turned into a movie villain instead of the heroic TV character.

Not that I care about the 60's. It was a shitty decade and not my childhood, but the Wonder Years was actually funny. I get the feeling that this one is just going to be preachy, like everything else.

I don't see a problem with this.
Sorry if I didn't give the knee jerk ' THIS SUCKS!' reaction some of y'all were expecting. I think it makes sense , because the whole theme of the 'wonder years' is about that part of our lives , for all of us, not just some middle class white kid, but all kids, in that coming of age time of our lives.
