North Jackson (MS)/Ridgeland recs?

Can't say it is in Jackson but my wife and I love the Beechwood In located in Vicksburg..

I spent a lot of time in the Ridgeland, MS area over the last 2 years.

Pho Huong is legit one of the best pho restaurants that I have ever been to.

Green Ghost Tacos has some authentic tacos. Very good.
