LSU Auburn
or
Arizona St Georgia

next week according to Beano Cook!
I guess it depends on if MSU upsets Auburn or if South Carolina upsets UGA.

Well, I think it is a no brainer that it would be in BR for the LSU-UGA game, and as long as UGA continues to win, it could be in Athens for the Bama game, so I think we will make gameday at least once this year. Apparently they have not been to Athens in like 6 years or something. They will prob make it this year.

This is the same idiot that picked a 6-5 Tennessee team to win the national championship in 1980.

it should be auburn-lsu this game should most likely decide the west. georgia-arizona st. is only relevant to the pac 10 vs sec debate and georgia's undefeated season. Auburn-lsu means more.

I know they say it doesn't matter, but it will follow the ABC game.

LSU and Auburn will play on ESPN, and last time I checked Gameday also airs on ESPN.

Yeah, but Herbie does the night ABC game. I know he has a jet, but if you had the choice, would you fly him from BR to LA or from Arizona to LA?

It may not be relevant because he has done it before, but it is something to consider. Plus it hypes the inter-sectional match-ups that the media outlets are always talking about. I was sick of hearing about how great it was that Bama and Clemson played each other in the "bowl type atmosphere" and how" these schools make as much money as having a home game". Give me a break.

Bet your arse it will be there. LSU and Auburn is on ESPN...ASU and UGA in on the "Family of Networks". Both are good choices...Primetime abc/espn hybrid wins.

Unfortunately, the more attractive matchup from a ranking perspective doesn't always win this battle.

this really doesnt prove anything. #2 vs. #15 or better is just as good of a game. it's tough bc gameday has to be at either uga-lsu or uga-uf. also, herbstreit has said he wants to go to athens this year as its been a while. unfortunately our best home game is bama so that ma be a possibility the next week, making lsu-auburn look good

To me it's a no-brainer. 2 highly ranked teams playing on their network at primetime.
