I just started watching this episode of Maude where feminism gets all the laughs. Can they wait until 1030?

Dusty Baker is out of the Astros dugout trying to inspect the playing surface at Camden Yards, which took a beating before the umpires called for the tarp. He's talking with who I assume is the ballpark's head groundskeeper

Doesn't count in combined efforts.

Besides, you cannot jinx Bielak. Take that as you will.

I'm watching This Week in Baseball with Mel Allen. July 20, 1984.

The Pirates sweep the Giants in a 5-game series, Chris Chambliss reaches the 2000-hit plateau, Phils issue 7 intentional walks in one game.

Thanks…makes sense.

In this case, I think they'd call it an Astros win since it's an official game at this point.

I’m good with that. Javier will not come back at this point and one of the bullpen slugs will blow the thing which cannot be spoken of.

Dusty is just telling them it’s a good time to plant some Panama Red

For those that don’t know, Sceroler that was pitching for the O’s pitched for SELA and is Big Ben’s nephew

I went to school with his dad

In the Dome, no less. Mel says the Astros won in 16 innings, 3-2.

I wonder if Baltimore’s pitcher is related to my fourth grade teacher, Allison Sceroler.

Astros won the next game in 13 innings. Biggio tied it in the 9th with a homer, and MIKE SCOTT hit the game winning sac fly.

Says only you. You don’t make the rules. You surely noticed what Blummer said. He didn’t mention it. Just that maybe folks would want to keep watching.

In fact, combined is much more rare. Only 14 total. I saw the last one in person.
