This shows opportunities are there, even if graduation rates (outcomes) might not have caught up.

Taking college classes for a few semesters, then dropping out, doesn’t accomplish much except leave a person with a lot of college debt.

1) Often going to a shitty college

Hate to break it to folks but the majority of college degrees are BS and lots of white dudes are now getting technical degrees because you can make 6 figures welding, electrician, and plants jobs.
