On the market for a new putter. Currently roll an odyssey wh two ball blade. Prefer the look and feel of a blade. Budget is $300 so bettinardis and scotties are out.

The reviews for the spider are great. Just don’t know think I can get used to the look.

TaylorMade Spider FCG came out specifically for golfers who prefer a blade performance with a mallet look. A "Mid-Mallet."
There are several that are like this.

I like the look of the m craft 4. I was looking at the type 2. Also was looking at the pxg Brandon or closer.

I have the M craft 4. Its harder for me to get lined up for some reason and the thing is an absolute hammer. I like but its not a soft touch. Maybe its me. Friend of mine bought a Spyder and it is 10x lighter and touch is vastly different.

I had a two ball odyssey for years in fact I had the first model and then about 15 years ago I purchased the second generation.
Last summer I decided to get a Scotty Cameron blade, I went to club champion and had it tweaked and didn’t look back.
I’d suggest going to club champion etc and get fitted.

Yea I’ve had it for about 18 years so far. Oldest club in my bag by far so naturally I’m looking to replace.

I totally understand- about a year ago I went to the large square grip.

I have an Odyssey double wide blade, love it. Performs and feels like a mallet but still gives me a semblance of that blade look.

I've got a milled Odyssey ProType #2 that I could do for less than $300.
The only other blades I have are a Bettinardi Tiki Release and an Olson #1 of 5 Release
