LSU Administration/BOS- Take Notice, put on your seatbelts.
If Bianco brings in Walker for a hitting coach, I'll take it, very good.
But it's time we stopped settling for just trying to get good assistants.

Walker being hitting coach would make it worse, and that hurts to say as someone who grew up idolizing him

It’s sad to think that LSU is going to hire the coach that Ole Miss no longer wants and allow them to upgrade. All because the old guard wanted access back.

This why it's so critical.
Ole Miss will just upgrade with Godwin. We'll be looking trying to find a new coach in 5 years.
People need to look into Vitello 's resume. Arkansas' rise (I know they choked in Omaha for the Natty) but their rise is pinpointed to Vitello's time there. His Dad has won many titles in Missouri high school baseball as a coach. It's in his blood.

I get why Vitello is so highly regarded.
Tell me why Godwin is an upgrade over Bianco and Mainieri.
And remember that Godwin was an assistant for 5 years under Mainieri and 4 years under Bianco.
I'm not saying Godwin is or isn't an upgrade. I just wanna hear the argument for him.

Been there with these hirings before. Ignored the writing on the wall and hoped against hope until to be met with disappointment. Hell, I did it with this hire.
