Cedrick Harris. Anyone that knows him knows that he is a no nonsense, do it the right way type of person on and off the field and has been coaching and mentoring future college players for years now.

For as inspiring and influential as Skip was, he surely didn’t inspire many guys to go into coaching. Bianco is the obvious Skip protege but there aren’t many if any guys outside of him from the Skip era coaching college baseball

Edit for Justin Hill who is an outstanding coach but “beneath” the cosmopolitan LSU fans who demand a hall of famer
