It's not likely to change the results, but in the very least I hope those involved are exposed and the fraud acknowledge.

To me the ratio seems to be 10:1

For every 10 'There needs to be an investigation.'

There is 1 'Here are the results of our investigation.'

And I think I'm being overly optimistic.

I agree that it most likely won't change any of the results. But, it could result in new legislation to "keep it from happening again" which would make it a little more difficult for them to cheat in future elections.

I think best case scenario would be any House Reps or Senators may have to vacate their seats and we would have some sort of special election; where they would still be eligible to run, unless you can tie the fraud to them

Then no one should be afraid of them or try to block them.

While they may not make any retroactive corrections, they may very well open peoples eyes who were so sure of their righteousness and show them that they were manipulated and propagandized. If a mass awakening of this sort were to occur, I'd say the investigations were worth it.
