One of the oddest pictures...the Biden's and the Carter's

Rosalynn looks like a ventriloquist dummy. Biden looks photoshopped in. Jimmy looks like a ragdoll laid out in the chair with disproportionate feet. The room itself is just odd. This looks like a scene from Twin Peaks.
