Costco paper towels. Same price as the previous several times buying them. Now with 20 fewer sheets.

Can you explain how a 12.5% reduction in volume translates to a inflation rate of 8.75%?

This example is anecdotal. The price of costco paper towels per sheet neither proves nor disproves inflation. I sincerely hope you understand that.

Thats called “hidden inflation”. I noticed it started back in 2009. And will continue
