Very strange as Minnesota constantly ranks in the top five of many polls as the best states in which to live. Louisiana constantly ranks in the bottom five. I guess Minnesota is light years ahead. Looks like Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, etc. are the lost causes.

I traveled to Minneapolis on business in 1989. The citizens seemed to have their feces assembled then. I'm not sure when the wheels came off.
