I've got some cash in a brokerage account freed up I'm looking to put in something long term. I've got positions in some ETF's covering tech (ARKK), healthcare, oil, emerging markets, and S&P total market.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Create a crypto portfolio if you haven’t already

I would just add to your current positions although ARKK and oil are kind of betting against each other with Tesla being ARKK's largest holding. Maybe some banks or precious metals to hedge against inflation but your portfolio looks great.

I'd put it into what ever SPY tracker your investment firm offers.

I’d look at a small cap ETF. That’s already beating S&P 500 and small cap will likely do even better next few years with all the federal money flowing down under Crazy Joe. If you want a long term play to generate cash for you I’d buy XOM or T now and collect the 6-7% dividend. Neither is going to drop from current level, may go up significantly, and you would get around $700 a year from dividend at a low tax rate.
