We never had a chance against Vandy. That Tennessee series was winnable for us, we were just unclutch when we needed to come through. And we didn’t play our best ball against State either. That one might have been winnable.

If we can build some momentum, we should be a #2 team that absolutely no one wants to see in their regional.

That lineup last night was close to perfect.

Just get Arnold in for Cranford and it’s 99% perfect. Will be 100% when they get Hellmers at 1B.

I agree with Upgrade. I thought the Tn. series was winnable and that is about where I put this team. The loss of Hill hurts but this team still hasn't peaked. Gio is just getting back, signs of life from Beloso, Arnold and Beck back should help. That combined with more experience for this talented Freshmen class.

If Marceaux and Labas stay healthy this should be a dangerous team in May. Once the post season starts, who knows what will go down. I still have high hopes for this season.

I don’t agree. Game 3 was anyone’s game, and with Marceaux on the mound, game 1 could have been very competitive. But we made errors, and near errors, and eventually wore Marceaux out. If we played defense behind him that’s a close game. We probably should have lost 2-1, with an outside chance at taking the series, but we played terribly.
