Another tidbit I've thought a lot about.. for those fearing Sharon potentially holding on to past recruiting accusations as ammo to get a settlement... wouldn't she just be outing herself as well? I don't understand Sharon's angle here

Sharon better have checked her own closet before filing this suit.
I hope it all plays out so we find out the truth. If LSU pays her to keep things quiet, that won't be a good look or it will be another bad look, perhaps I should say.

Demand numbers in a petition are meaningless, except to the press and people who do not understand law (which, may be a lot). To me, it looks pathetic on behalf of her lawyer.
That said, I do not know the lawyer and know almost nothing about the facts. Maybe she should receive a billion; or, maybe she should pay a billion. The claim, on its face, is not impressive.

Me neither. I got a 7 day Facebook Ban yesterday for this comment on the WBRZ Post about her lawsuit.
Worth It, even though this is hardly bullying and harassing a public figure.

She can’t just say something happened and everyone believe that it did. Cases are won on evidence and not claims. She needs to come with some proof or GTFO
