That's the best looking rotation of the night. Has a TVS, too.

It looks like it wants to put down a big one

Still kind of broad, but it looks better than most have tonight.

I take that back. It wrapped up better now, and the TVS is back.

I don't know all the ins and outs of RadarScope's Meso Strength parameter, but at 4,100 this storm has the highest I've seen tonight.

I'm surprised there isn't more lighting. It definitely has a good updraft going, but there hasn't been a whole lot of lighting on any of these storms.

The couplet on the tornado warned storm in Louisiana isn’t as tight now, but it was pretty strong a couple of scans ago.

Yeah, that's a fairly impressive loop over the last few scans. You can see the storm rotating on velocity.

So there's a funnel on the ground in Marksville?

Not now. There could have been earlier, but the National Weather Sevice warning just said "a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado". There was a good rotation on radar near Marksville earlier, but it has now passed to the East.

Will probably get windy and have some heavy rain. There's always a chance for a spin-up tornado with these lines, but there isn't much severe out there right now other than the storm that came through Marksville. Generally, these storms have weakened as they've moved East.

They are in the tornado warning. Even if there isn't one on the ground, there will be heavy rain and maybe some hail. Let them know if they don't pay attention to the weather.
