John is unhinged now. His frustration was very sympathetic and understandable, he has a lot of pressure.
Wyatt Russell is acting his butt off in this show. He pulled of a great slow boil, without a tremendous amount of screen time, so that when his character finally did snap it made complete sense. We all saw it coming from a mile away.
Daniel Bruhl is also absolutely crushing it on the screen. A bad guy should feel that everything they do is justified. That they are in the right and the good guys are in the wrong. Zemo gives off that conviction that he is the one willing to do what has to be done for the greater good. A sterling performance by Bruhl.

We’ve gotten 10 hours of Marvel content in 4 months. That would normally take a year and a half. Not all of it is gonna be nonstop action. If you’re not enjoying it, don’t watch.

Unlike some here, I have really enjoyed this show. It's really digging into the "reality" of what would have happened when 3.5 billion people suddenly show back up after 5 years.
It also shows that Thanos was right. The Earth apparently was a better place.
I don’t feel it’s truly showing Thanos was right or that world was better than before the snap, but it’s just after 5 years some sense of normalcy was taking hold with resources, labor force, and production for that new reality that got completely torched by bringing everyone back (including without aging) and would make many who had made a life in those 5 years start to believe Thanos had a point. Tony’s condition that the 5 years count for his daughter created a world that at least for several years if not longer would be exactly what Thanos preached. I have always thought that outside of dusting of family it would initially be worse globally than right after the snap.
So soon after bringing everyone back I think Thanos would have been the inspiration for these terrorists more than one world/no borders. Maybe he is for many and they are hiding behind one world symbolism.

Favorite episode yet. John Walker is in some seriously deep shite now. What a dickhead.
The blood coming down the side of his neck by his ear is a direct parallel to how the incomplete serum corrupted Red Skull in The First Avenger. Was awesome. Love small details like that.

Really good episode. The narrative is becoming quite clear why Sam is truly the only one worthy of having that shield.
He is still clean at heart. Everyone around him, including Bucky, has blood in their hands now
Make sure to never post this on the Poli Board or OT

I’m not really feeling the show anymore. If it didn’t tie directly into the movies, I would probably drop it. It’s just something that you really wouldn’t expect a marvel project to be…boring
Crazily shitty take after the best episode of the 6 so far

But he recommended Thunderfarts with Melissa McCarthy.

It really is pretty disappointing. I really thought they would knock this out of the park, and they just aren't.
Trying to make the Flag Smashers sympathetic and John Walker into some sort of villain is stupid. It just doesn't work. Even after he killed the dude at the end, I'm feeling no sympathy whatsoever for the Flag Smashers. I found myself hoping he'd find the redhead in the crowd and end her too.
I'm hoping Lamar isn't actually dead. Everyone's always screaming for more diversity, and you kill off an actual black hero from the source material before he even becomes a superhero?? Ridiculous.
ETA: This was definitely the best episode so far, but not until the last 10 minutes. The rest was very slow.

Bingo. I have no sympathy at all for Karli or those terrorists. You’re not fighting against some wrong done to you. You’re fighting because you’re a bunch of entitled brats.
It wasn’t pretty what Walker did, but when you lay with dogs...

I don’t think they push him that far. He’ll collect himself before its all over, but its too late to save himself as “Captain America.”
But the US government will not let a super soldier go to waste.
I feel somewhat sick for the flagsmasher guy since most of the BAD stuff is done by Karli. But they do continue to support her. But that guy was just talking about how he used to admire Captain America, and now he’s been killed by the shield.

Hope so.

If he didn't agree with Karli's actions, his opportunity to stop her was while he had 3 superheroes in the room who would help him stop her.

I’m gonna be honest I’m just ready for Karli to die

Sam was doing a good job of talking sense into her before Walker walked in.
Im glad they brought up his counseling past this episode since it is what he was doing when Steve met him. Good reminder he’s been doing his best helping people before they met.

Walker's face just doesn't look right in the Cap helmet/mask. It's just "off"...

The posh London accent is irritating. It’s like she’s the missing Spice Girl.

This was stupid. You don't try to talk sense into people who blow up buildings full of innocent people.

Good episode. Great reference to the prevalence of cell phone cameras in our culture and the ability to record every event for wide and instantaneous dissemination.

They're clearly taking great steps to make sure we have no idea who the "power broker" is. This week they read a text message, out loud, from this character. This makes it seem like this has to be a familiar face.
ETA:
I think they may inadvertently give us a lesson in how cell phone video can mislead people about a sequence of events.

I'm CERTAIN the Power Broker is either Ross or Zemo.

The only people in comics that are ever truly dead are Batman’s parents and Uncle Ben.
