I shouldn’t judge but I’m very skeptical Warnock is a absolute believer in the Bible. There’s a lot of progressive churches who have taken their scissors to the Bible as not to offend their supporters.

Of course you should judge, that's how you decide who might be educational to listen to and who has the fundamentals of Christianity completely wrong. Warnock is obviously in the latter camp.

It’s the homogenization of religion. Take out the parts that might make a person uncomfortable and instead give their congregation a little something that everyone can enjoy.

Perhaps Rev. Warnock is not the spiritual giant that Donald Trump is, but who is?

You are not necessarily "judging" him. Jesus warned of this type of apostasy. II Timothy 3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such as these! You are merely stating that you see a branch bearing no fruit, so it cannot be a true part of the vine.

By all indications based on Bible Truth, Warnock is not a true Christian, but a false prophet.

No need for skepticism. Here are his own words....

quote:

Whether you are Christian or not, through a commitment to helping others we are able to save ourselves.

No one, especially a Baptist preacher, is going to make that statement if they truly believe in the Bible. It’s in direct conflict of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are some minor areas where it’s reasonable for some discussion. But not when it comes to the fact only through Jesus can we be saved. The words of Jesus in John chapter 14 leaves no wiggle room...

quote:

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me
