here is no way he would remember the incident and not remember calling lady. He should have never said “I didn’t call her” unless that’s the truth

After hurricane Ike I was without power for 2 1/2 days. During the time the power was out I had a couple Mexicans come to the house to do something. I don't remember what they did, how I got in touch with them, who they were or if they were with a company. The only thing I remember is one of them was talking about his daughter and how she was having trouble sleeping in the heat. I gave him my inverter so he could run a fan for her.

The day the power came on I walked outside and there was a truck with a roofing sign. Just so happened I had a leak in my kitchen because of Ike. They (2 guys) were walking to their truck and I got them to fix my leak. I don't remember their company, their names, what they looked like or anything else for that matter except one guy was on the roof and a friend of mine and the other roofer were standing in the yard watching him when he started yelling. We didn't know what he was yelling about at the time because we were in the front yard. His joy was over the fact that he had heard the AC's kick on after days without power.

So yes, people can remember certain, maybe even crazy things, and still not remember other stuff about an incident. For hurricane Ike it was how long the power was out, when it came back on, having two groups of 2 guys at my house because of Ike, 1 for the roof and no idea about the others and giving my inverter to a guy for his daughter.

think he should have been suspended for the bowl game at least. You shouldn't be allowing kids to play the next game after representing the team that way especially in a public setting. The whole touching himself while he was saying it and continuing on and on takes it way over the line IMO.

Yeah it’s creepy af. But are you going suspend every player who hits on a girl?

So much for sticks and stones....

Doing what he's accused of doing and hitting on a girl couldn't be anymore different.

Loving what I’m hearing about the team. We look to be the team to beat in the West this year.

The lines should be very, very good this year. That is probably the most important thing. The OL should be able to carry whomever the QB is, just like they did with Joe

O said that he has been the most outstanding DL so far.

Football updates from Ed Orgeron on @OTB_ESPN this morning: Joseph Evans has recently been "probably our most productive interior lineman" on defense.

Third Party sexual harassment exist.
quote:

Third-party sexual harassment occurs when someone outside of the employer’s organization harasses an employee in or outside the workplace. Such third parties may include customers, venders, delivery persons, consultants, or anyone that the employer has a business relationship with.

At that point Guice qualifies as a customer as he was there to attend the high school football game and the security guard is clearly an employee.

The security guard's company took the correct steps and removed her from the situation, thereby removing themselves from any potential liability. However that doesn't change the fact that Guice sexually harassed her.

100% Correct Mickey Goldmill on HB report.

Also in her testimony on Friday she stated that she had recorded her calls with whomever she spoke with at LSU but "DROPPED THE PHONE IN A POT OF RED BEANS"

You have to admire all of these accounts that have very low post counts running to Coach O's defense. It's almost like the PR team is overdrive

There isn't anything hypothetical or made up about this by anyone on this board. What are you talking about?

You said potentially. Then in another post you said that you said potentially covering up because it was not known so it was not fact. You knew the answer to this question before you even asked.

quote:

If he was covering up his knowledge about the incident

This is exactly what I was talking about. Hypotheticals that LSU message board fans freak out about.

quote:

Eta: I should have said that I didn't make anything up because I haven't read every thread or post on the board on this topic.

You probably have read and know a lot about this than I do. I was just taken aback that you made up a hypothetical and even used "potential" and then asked someone if they thought is should or shouldn't be a big deal.

Like elementary school. "Hey Ronnie, if superman could play marbles would you be too afraid to play him?" Poor Ronnie's blood pressure went up over the thought of having to play a person that doesn't exist

Doesn't a security guard have an emergency alert to use anytime she feels she is in a situation out of her control?
Do they have security cameras?
If not her company is to blame.
There is no security if there is only a 70 year old security guard.

The dude has multiple rape allegations against him and has charges pending against him for strangulation and assault, but grabbing this nuts while sexually harassing someone is difficult for you to imagine

You replied to my post. No need to put a headed on it to address it to me. I also said nothing about how long you had been here. Just that you and a few other posters rushing to his defense have a small post count. There is a history of posters with low post counts showing up on this site to smooth things over when issues arise. That's what I'm alluding to.

I already read the report. And given the report, along with Guice's history of treating women horribly, I'm inclined to believe her. It also doesn't help that a report was just released explaining how people in the athletic department swept the Drake Davis info under the rug

So yeah, excuse me for looking at the information and seeing an established pattern of covering for athletes(and coaches). Only LSU fans are looking at ways to dismiss all of this. To the rest of the country we look like one giant shite show.

Considering HB made it a point to clarify this WAS NOT the case, maybe you should drop it.
