From what I’ve been told the company paid the premiums at the end of every quarter. When Nationwide blind sighted them by dropping their bonds and taking ALL income 2 years ago right before premiums were due to be paid, they nearly bankrupted the company and there was no money left to pay them. But to date, i know that CB has paid everything owed to BCBS but BCBS still went back and denied some coverage to former employees for about a month over 2 years ago. It’s sad that BCBS didn’t care about the employees and didn’t help the situation.

As for PPP, I know that CB had a huge contract on the horizon in 2020 that would have given hundreds of people jobs when started but Devon wanted that contract for himself too so he launched the first of many smear campaigns against CB. Oh, did I forget to mention that Devon was the lead on the Sunshine Bridge project and in charge of running the job..

I'm not sure if you understand the point or purpose of a bonding company. It is basically an insurance policy the contractor provides to the owner in the event the contactor default a project. If the contractor defaults the owner uses the bond to hire someone else to finish the project. In this case Coastal obviously defaulted numerous jobs and had to be finished by others. The bonding company did not blind side anyone. I guarantee everyone at Coastal knew it was coming and if they did not, they do not need to be in this business.

you many want to listen to other people than your buddy Kelly. He straight up lied on the PPP loans. They would not have been awarded with a maybe contract.

Let me make it clear, me and the other few working on justice here is not for us. We didn't have bills in excess of 15k so have made payment plans and are paying our medical bills that should have been paid.

We are here fighting for all the other employees who owe very large amounts. You all know about Louis and his 450k plus medical balance. We have an employee that had heart surgery to the tune of 120K and the Baton Rouge Hospital won't even reduce it or ty to work with him. One employee's wife had a baby and there was complications so his bill is @ 60K. I could go on and on. We have a spread sheet of who is out of what and I believe it is a bit over a million.

As far as the PPP, that is all of your hardworking tax payer money not just that of coastal employees. I for one am not trying to throw anyone under the bus but Kelly and his co-conspirators. I do not want his wives or children brought in they are innocent.

Now having said all that, I find it very amusing that it is alleged that all of his upper management failed him? We were constantly at war doing damage control. Do you know what it is like working with attorneys, vendors, subs and knowing your boss said he would pay their bills but then doesn't! Embarrassing, totally humiliating, ulcer causing stress because deep down you want to believe the bank is coming through and all will be fine or whatever was about to come through.

I know he tried to throw me and another under the bus saying we cut checks and signed them. That has been proven untrue by DOL and FBI. Throwing this out there bc I believe Moto tiger is about to throw his CFO under the bus. Kelly does no wrong!!!!!

I feel a huge obligation to these loyal employees.
