Basketball lost me for a good long while, this coach and team have me fully invested. All the hate and tears from the media, the bitch fans of other SEC schools and now Michigan gives me the weirdest boner.

My favorite 30 for 30 documentary is the one about the Bad Boy Pistons so I’m all in for being the heel of the sport. Every sport needs a villain. It might as well be us.

I think it exposes the Kansas' and Dukes of CBB. They are FAR worse and have been paying players for decades. Its obvious the media doesn't want to talk about those schools which makes this all that more enjoyable.

I feel the same way. I've been more interested in LSU basketball the past 3 years than ever before...even 2006. I was too young or wasn't even born for the other glory years.

You know, I'd rather it not be so...being the bad boys that is...but Dick/Forde/Cal Mafia has effectively set the narrative...they've won... and that narrative being we are the villain and we'll take the hits for the rest of them who are off limits or untouchable in that regard.
Bottom line - these media types are lazy and many spineless and it's easy to pile on LSU than challenge some blue bloods with the clout to embarrass them. Much easier to basically re-print an old story over and over again...Lazy.
So if that's the way it's gonna be...may as well enjoy it. Embrace it. GEAUX Tigers!!!
