But progs told me that being color blind is racist. Now noticing color is racist too.

No matter what you're screwed.

Far worse to be described by a (misspelled) physical characteristic than to have the staff deliver your sandwich to someone else? Good Lord.

People are whiners.

On the one hand, we're now told that it's impossible to have a color blind society, and in fact even attempting to do so is some form of systemic issue which hurts minroties.

We're also told to chant "Black Lives Matter."

So...a restaurant owner does what he's told, and does in fact see this family first and foremost as BLACK, since to be color blind is now seen as bad, and he uses the term he's expected to use when chanting the as prescribed by the party orthodoxy, and it's still wrong.

At some point the rest of us are going to understand there IS NO right way to act here, because all situations are set up as decision dilemmas whereby either choice is wrong. As such, there is no reason to ever apologize.

Probably infinitely better than describing them as the "Fat assed family by the window"

Oh, so they were offended because "black" was spelled wrong on the receipt... Got it now...

It is refreshing to see a black family standing up for proper spelling and shite...

They use names to avoid confusion. Putting "basic white girl, Uggs" on every Pumpkin Spice ticket would create a lot of chaos.

Alfonzo, FTW!

My 13yo blonde daughter loves the pumpkin spice, and (yes) she often appears at Starbucks in Uggs.
