My first golden retriever. His name was Charlie. I spent a lot of time working with him and training him. He was smart as hell, and by nature, an alpha. Everybody who knew him called him Charlie the Super Dog.


I've had other awesome goldens since then, but none that matched up to Charlie.

My newest, a 7 month old golden named Ollie, is beginning to signs of that kind of greatness. Working from home has allowed me to work with him as much as I did with Charlie.

My chocolate lab Thibodeaux was as good a dog as there ever has been. He was a gentle giant. Died way too soon at age 7.

Roux is my current lab. Happiest dog ever, but needs to stop tearing up my yard.

I do the same. My dogs behave better than most people's kids. Friends love dog sitting for me if I can't bring them with me. Otherwise they go everywhere with me.
