Mark Emmett is on a first name basis with Angus Cooper and Paul Bryant Jr. Nothing will happen to Kirby bc he is under Nick’s protection
Saying LSU or everybody else “does the same thing as Bama” is technically true...but it’s like comparing the proprietor of a corner lemonade stand to CocaCola.

As I listen to this, I can’t help but laugh as I think about how stupid these Georgia people are who keep investing their money in these recruits. You would think after a few years of no ROI they would stop, but they don’t seem to learn.

Is closed caption available on YouTube, cuz I couldn’t understand a word of that muffled mess.

He didn’t mention LSU! He mentions Kirby & Nick with details...
well he's coached for years in alabama and georgia so that would make perfect sense.
to even remotely think that any good to elite level program is not doing this is so far beyond delusional that it's almost sad.

Y’all think LSU doesn’t do this?
We don't have to. We hire only blondes with big boobs for recruiting hosts. We also have different ones for daytime and nighttime if you know what I mean.

He may be telling the truth. But this is the same guy that lead a double life with two different women and children. His word is worthless.

You can't tell me that Paul Brynat Jr doenst sound like the most crooked guy you've ever heard of:
Concrete? Catfish? Race tracks? Insurance for insurance?
I'm just surprised he was never in the "sanitation business" as well.
His bio reads like Tony Soprano's fugazi tax returns.

Bryant invests in "dog and horse racing, the insurance industry, cement making, catfish farming and banking."
He is worth "hundreds of millions of dollars." In 1995, Bryant acquired Reynolds Ready Mix, a cement company later renamed Ready Mix USA.[
By 2011, he sold it to Cemex, a Mexican construction corporation, for US$350 million.
In 1999, he acquired a stake in Harvest Select Catfish Inc., a company which raises catfish in Alabama and Mississippi. He was also the co-founder of Alabama Reassurance Co., later known as Alabama Life Reinsurance Co., a reinsurance company.
In 2005, Bryant founded the Bryant Bank. He serves as its Chairman.
He co-authored two books about American football in 2013.

He didn’t say a damn thing about Alabama paying players.
And he didn’t mention Chargers.
Hell Alabama comes out looking better after this.

Dude’s diversifying his portfolio as you’re mad because Darlene still makes you drive around in a ‘08 Frontier.

Can anybody summarize?
Posted on 3/7/21 at 3:10 pm to Corso
Basically:
Rush is talking to a booster (I assume from Valdosta) and he is saying that they need some "funny money" to cover phone bills and clothes and other small stuff for players on the roster.
Probst says he needs about $10K in a slush fund and that he may or may not even need it. It's only there if there is an issue with a player needing money.
The money talk then turns to how he paid players at Hoover. Hard to make our audio, but He either recruited them there or paid them once they got there.
He said boostera funneled money to the program, but the biggest was Hoover Police Dept, who gave him and the program about $30,000 in "Donations." That money all cane by way of drug bust cash seizures, many of which occurred on I-75, and the police chief was in on it.
Talk then goes to "do you know how. Kirby is doing so good?"
Rush says that Georgia has an entire network of SW Georgia rich guys who funnel money to players. Recruits at GA are getting $90K-$150K just to sign there.
Nick Chub got $180K (3 donations of $60K) to stay for his senior year.
Talk the goes to Saban. Rush says Saban doenst have to deal with any kind of convoluted network because Paul Brynat Jr handles everything. He's got a rich guy in Mobile and Florence are who facilitates all the dirty money.
The scam was set up by Bryant Sr in the 1960s and they have been using Paul Jr as the point man ever since. No mention of amounts with Alabama.
Talk the shifts to how Probst recruited high level players to Valdosta from all over the country by paying them and who he was in on at the time and where they were from. Ranged from California to Georgia.
Talk then goes to who needs a phone bill paid and more minute stuff.

I did go back and listen to the UGA part but thanks for that breakdown. Very interesting to say the least

Sounds convincing.
NCAA will certainly want to make an example out of UAB and Ga Southern
