That’s only part of it. They hated Reagan, they hated both Bushes, but they mainly just wanted them out of power. Trump didn’t do anything that crazy as president but they want to destroy him and his entire family. Yeah, they’ll oppose any Republican but this is something different.

Back in the day, Pat Buchanan challenged the kleptocratic globalist establishment and they came down on him with both feet. Later, they tolerated Perot because he was a goofy, self-centered eccentric who had zero chance of winning a single electoral vote as a third party candidate and would only serve as a reminder to future altruistic outsiders.
Trump's unforgiveable sin wasn't that he jumped in front of a camera and spouted off his opinions for umpteen-millionth time in his life - it was that he hijacked the Republican party and it's inherent power and rebranded it with political, diplomatic and economic policies that appealed to the common sense of the American proletariat who were sick and tired of the never ending shitshow in DC.
What I can't figure out is why the ENTIRE media has gone full tilt propaganda attack mode on Trump. You would think some of these "enlightened" journalists would stop and ask, "hey, why are we celebrating diabetics getting price gouged on insulin?" or "why are we suddenly gushing over rebooting conflict in the Middle East and putting Trump's historic peace deals in the shredder?". I would love to hear them explain why trade agreements that favor China and penalize working class Americans are a good thing.

Possibly putting the Seabees and Army Corps of Engineers down their to build their encampments. 1.9 Trillion Dollars for Covid Relief and the bill is loaded down with money for non-citizens who are not here yet, and when they do, it is illegally. The reason why is because, by being Leftist, they are keeping easy, glamorous jobs and govt positions and are raking in fabulous wealth in the process. The minute that they become altruistic, their own personal Billion Dollar Gravy Train ends and they are out the door with no easy job, no prestige, no power, no influence, no Sexual Market Value, no friends and NO millions of dollars.
