LSU REVOLT against TV

The only way television will not pick up LSU games and change the times is if the fans/students revolt against all media that are a part of changing the time. I don’t think LSU fans mind the games being nationally televised, but LSU fans do mind the time change (especially if the sun is still out, and it reduces tailgate time).
So if CBS/ ESPN are threatened by LSU fans-students protesting and giving them hell (like LSU fans already do to opposing teams) they might second guess changing the times to keep the safety of their media employees.
I know the SEC is in contract with CBS. That’s fine; just televise LSU games according to the night schedule.
Here is an example of how assembling helped one college “fight the power”

Oh boo who, they changed a game time. Us out of town folk actually like watching the games on TV, so if they want to move it, fine by me. I'll take a 4pm game if it means I actually get to see it.

Not that I don't want more night games...because I most certainly do. But fighting a logo is a little different than fighting ESPN or CBS. We never were successful in changing Toonces the driving Tiger. It sounds like the administrators are doing everything possible to get the games as late as possible, as the App state game was supposed to be earlier. If we're too big of dicks, then we won't get televised...and that's not good for the program.

Did it ever occur to you that the reason we are in the hunt for so many "5*" athletes out of state is because they see us on television? RJF was interviewed and said the reason so many D-line prospects come here is because they see us on television, then get here and see how "real" it is.
