Just an FYI, but if you're doing a static board that's going to be printed on vinyl it'll need to be made to the actual specs, and it can't be at 72 DPI...it'll never print.
The 1200x400 at 72 DPI is fine for the digital board, but it won't work for the resolution needed for a vinyl.
ETA: Here's the spec sheet. If it's not made to this, then there's no point. LINK

Lamar told me to send them the graphic and their team will adjust resolution, etc to make it work.
We just have to get the image settled so I can send it in.

FWIW- in scanning through the 22 pages thus far, Benedict Bill is probably my favorite theme, and the FARK PS in 17th century uniform is excellent. My only critique would be that using his smiling face is too flattering. He is such a strange looking guy that there are plenty of examples of that goofy SOB that could be worth exploring. E.g.

Louisiana had 6 members of Congress (4 US Reps and 2 US Sens) who voted on impeachment or in the trial. 40% (at least) of Louisianans think DJT was guilty. Can't we have ONE member of Congress who represents us?

It seems you've got things moving- what is your timetable and what is the basis to get this thing out today? Understand timing and relevancy are critical but given that we've been living in an icicle world for the past 2 days could buy some more time, a day or two possibly.

IMO- you get the most exposure out of the static billboard as it is singularly focused and does not share, but you are more limited and have to be more focused in your design and message. Digital gives you more options and flexibility with respect to the design & message.
