Ok you're right, 0 for 7 is the worst quarter in the history for max contract guys.

Of the 500,000 quarters played, that was the worst. 0 for 7.

i mean, again, if you can find a quarter where a max contract guy scored 0 in a Q while shooting it that much and also managing more turnovers than assists, i'd love for you to show me

How the hell were the Pels outscored 40 to 14 in the 3rd quarter? I tuned out at halftime to watch the LSU game. When I checked back I expected the Pels to be leading...

You shouldn't have switched games.

Thats it! no rebounding clowns

When you put Zion at 4, rebounding will be always an issue, especially he hasn't Dennis Rodman's ability to compensate for its lack of size with an elite placement...

The lineup must be soon :

Lonzo , BI , Zion , ? , Adams (must be traded if possible one day)

Kira , Bledsoe , NAW , Hart , Hernangomez

I did you one better. I found one who did it the whole game. If you don’t know who he is, he was the MVP finals the year after.

also this game is the perfect example as to why people dont want to pay lonzo the absurd contract someone will throw at him this off-season

career high for a half 19 in the 1st half. 2nd half...yep 0 points

Get out scores 61-39 in the 2H.. and THIS is the reason not to play Lonzo

Big brain shite

The nba is so weird now. I do t remember marginal guys like NAW ever going for 36 in a game in the 80s and 90s. The 3 pointer is ruining the game

3 pts. Bulls 23-40 Pels 11-30 Disgusting.

2nd night of a back to back, first game on a road trip, and coming off 4 straight wins.

Anyone complaining about a loss tonight legit just doesnt get or follow the NBA.

Tough game. If we come out this road run with and even record, we’re looking nice.

Again, you're right. 0 for 7 IS THE WORST QUATER EVER!!! It's absolutely insane.

I gave one example off the top of my head that is clearly worse, but it doesn't matter because it's harder to score in the playoffs. But you clearly have kept up with the other million quarters played and know this was the worst.

Kevin Garnett- 1998 Western Round One, Game 5
1998- In an elimination game against the Supersonics, KG put up an atrocious statline. Sonics beat the T-Wolves by 13 and were subsequently eliminated in 5 games by the Lakers in the Western conference semi-finals, and also eliminated, eventually, by the NBA.
Statline: 3/11, 4 rebounds, 10 turnovers

Dennis Johnson- 1978 NBA Finals, Game 7
Supersonics had as good a chance as any of capturing their first title in 1978, but Dennis Johnson had a historically bad night (possibly the worst ever) to seal the devastating 6 point elimination loss.
Statline: 0/14, 4 pts. 4 rebounds, 3 turnovers

Kobe Bryant- 1997 Western Conference Finals, Game 5
While his stats in a game 5 loss to the Jazz weren't historically bad the way others on this were, context is important to this performance. When Shaq fouled out in the 4th Bryant started jacking. He missed the potential game-tying three in regulation, then airballed three 3-pointers in overtime while down 3. Lakers lost 98-93.
Statline: 4/14, 11 pts, 2 rebounds, 2 assists

John Starks- 1994 NBA Finals, Game 7
Not a superstar, but this list wouldn’t be complete without Stark’s heartbreaking performance against the Rockets in ‘94. Stark’s bad streak began in game 6 when he was blocked by Hakeem on a potential game (and series) winning three. Had he hit it he would have been the hero, instead he went on to miss 16/18 shots in the seven point game 7 loss.
Stat line: 8 points, 2/18, 0/11 from 3.

James Harden- '15 Western Conference Finals, Game 5
After leading the league in W/S in 14-15, Harden and the Rockets faced off against Golden State in the Western Conference Finals. The Rockets were eliminated in 5 games, with Harden seemingly giving up on the court in the final game. Could have quite a few on here (like his game 6 elimination against the Spurs in 2017 on 2/11, 7 turnovers) but this is the 'older' bad game.
Statline: 2/11, 12 turnovers, 14 points (10-13 free throws)

Reggie Miller- 2000 Finals Game 1
Reggie got off to a rough start in the Pacer's only Finals appearance to date. Lakers would win the series 4 games to 2, leaving Reggie forever on the wrong side of the 'ringz, erneh...' debate.
Statline: 7 pts, 1/16 fg

Lebron James- 2008 Conference Semifinals
Against the Celtics the King and his D-league ensemble came out cold in a game 1 loss and would eventually be beaten 4 games to 3. Similar to Harden, Bron has quite a few more recent games (Mavs, for example) we could included but did not.
Statline: 2/18, 0/6 3pt, 10 turnovers

Ray Allen- 2010 NBA Finals, Game 3
Celtics would lose the finals in 7 games, with Ray Ray putting up an all-time worst playoff shooting performance in a game 3 loss.
Statline: 0/13, 0/8 3pt, 2 pts, 2 turnovers.

Kenyon Martin- 2003 Finals
In one of the more underrated playoff meltdowns, Martin shot 5/31 in the final two games of the 2005 Finals. To be fair though, he did have Tim Duncan guarding him.
Stats: 3/23, 6 pts

Not ideal tonight but not a biggie. They hit 3s, we didn't. Lavine was hot. 2nd game of a back to back so not sweating the overall team performance.

It's been a few games now, but what's going on with Adams?
