So I don’t contract and give it to somebody who doesn’t have a 99.7% survival rate...like my parents who are in their 70’s.

Know what's more effective at keeping you from passing it on? Getting it, getting over it and having antibodies. The vaccine won't necessarily keep you from passing on COVID. It'll make your symptoms not as severe if you do get it, though.

Let them get the vaccine then. Problem solved.

Same thing with all the other COVID shite: If you feel like you need it, take it. For some people the reward outweighs the risk, so they should be adults and take the proper precautions. No one should be forced to take a medicine.

Correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t they saying you can still contract and transmit the virus after you are vaccinated (you just don’t get sick or have severe symptoms)? Hence why they say you must still wear mask and socially distance?
