Was it our own CIA?

For those of you who saw Mike Lindell's documentary, particularly the last 30 min about pings to servers all over the world, transfers of data, etc. The following thoughts/ideas are not my own, I saw them in the comments on another site.
It sure does seem plausible, after all, they manipulate elections in other countries, why not our own?

I started another post and I believe CISA is involved. I believe what we’ve been witnessing is A Bolstering up our security against modern cyber warfare. Our government is actually working for us. I know it’s not as sensational as conspiracies that there is rampant fraud but just check out the site and formulate your own opinion...
Director Krebs was interviewed and basically said “put facts and country over lies and party”.
We are being called upon to discern fact from fiction, to think critically vs emotionally to preserve democracy.

There should be a method by which EVERY voter can go in AFTER the election to see how their vote was OFFICIALLY counted.

Certainly the claims of a program to manipulate elections electronically should surprise no one who is familiar with CIA’s long history of interference in foreign elections. And based on the many statistical anomalies in the election, it certainly seems plausible that some form of electronic manipulation occurred.
Yet the capability to monitor such an attack in real time could only occur by our nation’s own national security apparatus. So the existence of this information had to have been leaked from within our nation’s own national security apparatus.
General Tom McInerney, featured in Lindell’s presentation, earlier has claimed that spec-ops has possession of the data documenting this cyber attack. With his background in national security, McInerney appears to be a credible witness.
Who has possession of (or access to) the leaked metadata that documents this alleged electronic manipulation? It is not “absolute proof” unless it is presented in a court of law and/or the evidence is otherwise vetted independently.
