What’s the easiest mask to breathe?

Once one has had both doses of vaccine, transmission risk will be minimal despite what Fauci says. What mask will let you get on a plane but give the least resistance to breathing?

I noticed all the trainers at the gym wearing a brand, Pomchie; so I bought one and I really like it and find it very breathable. Bought one for myself and my husband and he likes it also. Just Google the brand. A lot of them are “girlie” but they have plain navy, black also. I found them on a website called Southern Recollection. Southern Recollection

Just a reality check. We all realize how insane it is that we are actively seeking the least effective mask to cover our face in order to satisfy the government? The world is upside down. What we should be asking is why the hell we are wearing masks if we aren’t actively coughing or sneezing.

You’re right- that’s the basic question.

We are wearing them because we are being told to and there’s literally nothing we can do about it.

I have a neck gaiter that I can blow a candle out through. I used to use the disposable medical ones but this is way less effective .... it’s much better.

The airlines will slap you down for the see through Saban masks. Anything translucent is a no-go. Even if it has a N-100 filter.

Try this one. Plus it’s a great conversation starter to break the ice with any strangers

The Hanes soft cotton knit face masks are reasonably comfortable. I have no idea how effective they are, but they're soft, machine washable, and cheap. Material feels exactly like a t-shirt.

I like these. Easy to breath. Removable filters. Non surgical type though.
Our Chief Medical Officer just gave a briefing today. Fact is, scientists don’t know yet. There’s not enough evidence yet on whether the vaccines also prevent asymptomatic infection and transmission. Hate to say it, but precautions like wearing masks, social distancing and avoiding crowded spaces will be necessary until the country gets closer to "herd immunity".

I like the Dewalt masks sold at the big box stores. the earbstraps are adjustable, the material isn't irritating, it doesn't creep up into my eyes and it's large enough to keep mouth and nose covered without constantly adjusting it.
Honeywell sells a very nice mask that uses filters that offers more protection along with the above listed attributes. Both are pretty breathable.
Of course I have yet to find a mask that wasn't breathable since that's the point of the mask...

Curious to know what data you're basing that on. Everything I've seen says there's no data yet to say that vaccinated people won't be able to transmit the virus.

I have used the Aftco neck gaiter and find it very comfortable. However, the entire thing is just dumb. When I flew recently you didn’t have to wear a mask if you where “actively” eating or drinking...so the large lady across the isle just ate a giant bag of potato chips for the entire flight to avoid wearing the mask.

Mission is now selling masks made out of same material as their gaitors. Much more comfortable to wear than the gaitors and easier to breathe through than any other mask. I think I bought mine from HD or Lowe's.
