Crazy Lin Wood has my popcorn machine warming up (1/30 telegram)

Next week, I will be providing Paula Frederick and the members of the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia with massive evidence of voting fraud (in Georgia and nationwide) and the credible whistleblower’s interview alleging heinous criminal conduct by Chief Justice John Roberts, former VP Mike Pence and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and others. I have already provided this evidence to Mercer University and Soon to be Former Dean of Mercer Law School Cathy Cox.
Wow. Rod Rosenstein works for Atlanta based law firm of King & Spalding. Looks like State Bar is going to have its hands full conducting mental health care evaluations and criminal investigations. They will need to investigate many crimes, including pedophilia and treason.
State Bar of Georgia will need to expand its police force.

I have publicly stated that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and/or his business partners have received illegal kickbacks in connection with the purchase of Dominion voting machines and Covid medical supplies from CCP.
I challenge Kemp to sue me for defamation. I made the accusation almost 2 months ago. No lawsuit yet.
Is Kemp to busy promoting CCP businesses in Georgia to vindicate his reputation in court?
Or does he know he cannot meet his legal burden of proving that my accusations are false?
Maybe Kemp got some of his cronies at the State Bar of Georgia to falsely impugn my reputation by demanding a mental health care examination based on my exercise of my right of free speech.
and a little bit about Kelly Loeffler
quote:
Oh, and don’t forget that I also raised the question of whether Kelly Loeffler paid off some of Governor Brian Kemp’s significant debts in return for being appointed to the U.S. Senate.
I think I ruffled some feathers in the Georgia “good old boy” network.

Life is short. Remember the memories of me. This is my goodbye
Every man’s heart one day beats its final beat. His lungs breathe their final breath. And if what that man did in his life makes the blood pulse through the body of others and makes them bleed deeper and something larger than life, then his essence, his spirit, will be immortalized by the storytellers, by the loyalty, by the memory of those who honor him and make the running the man did live forever.

It doesn’t even matter what he has there is no court that would even come close to touching something like that

I still for the life of me can’t understand why Gorsuch/Kav/ACB didn’t concur with Alito and Thomas... hear the case under Original Jurisdiction and let the evidence be heard.

Kavanaugh is not what he was purported to be on the right when he was appointed.
He has far more in common with Roberts than Thomas.

Why would a swamp creature allow evidence to be heard?

So when nothing happens with this "evidence" he has and nothing positive for Lin Wood comes of this mental examination, what will be next for y'all?
More hedging and permitting statements that go like "He's either batshit crazy or a complete genius that has the goods and is just waiting for the right time to drop the bomb"?

He had to move the goal posts. Nothing happened on January 6th, 20th and now their 10 days of darkness ends today. These people are retarded, but get your popcorn because nothing can stop what is coming.
He has nothing
He has nothing

If he has “nothing”, why hasn’t anyone filed a defamation case against him?

I mean, no matter how one feels about Wood, that's a good question. It should pique folks' interest.

Not trying to argue, Rebel. Bookmark it, let's see what happens by this time next week.
Posted on 1/30/21 at 6:05 am to Breaux

Even the Mercer chancellor acknowledged that Woods was a national expert in defamation law which, IMO, is one of the more complex and abstract areas of law since NYT v Sullivan & Gertz.
If Woods doesn't have sufficient proof to support that his claims towards Kemp, Pence, et al, especially Roberts, are not knowingly false or made with reckless disregard for truth, or at least know that they cannot meet their burden of showing falsity, then put him in a straight jacket.

Day late and a dollar short, Lin.

Alito and Thomas said they would have granted leave to file the case but wouldn’t have granted any other relief. Basically their only issue was the obligation of the court to hear cases between the states.

Way later than a day. Way shorter than a dollar.
If this was an issue going into the election (rigged voting machines) then Trump should have had all of the assets at his disposal there to keep it from happening. And/or to collect the evidence and immediately have the perpetrators arrested.
He did nothing, because he had nothing. The only thing he had was a vague promise of revealing something that he never revealed. It was all a bluff. Even shirtless buffalo head guy and Chewbacca bikini man have admitted they were fools for believing Trump and his crew of wackos.

Mmmmhmmm.
How much longer are you going to keep saying this about Lin Wood? Weeks, Months, or years from now?
When is the deadline that he has to produce this evidence?
He's talked about multiple dates in December, January and so on.
Or is it just never ending benefit of the doubt and constant hedging?

Because there was no evidence.
There's a common misconception here that goes: "the swamp creatures pressured the corrupt judges. And so none of this evidence ever got heard. It's all there. But they kept it from coming to light."
Total bullshite. The "evidence" had to be submitted with the complaint asking for relief. It's all there. And it's all a bunch of nothing. Court after court heard the evidence. And court after court concluded: "The evidence doesn't support the complaint" .
These courts won't waste their time with hearing and oral arguments for cases that have no chance of moving forward.
Trump's team had their shot. Dozens of shots. And they pulled the same zero in every courthouse from San Diego to Bar Harbor.
