Tiger Attorney, mind if I score 2 bottles for you?

First impression is that it's 35-40 dollar whiskey dressed in a nice bottle. It's not bad but there are a lot of better options for the price (or below). Hopefully it'll get better with some air.
Is that they’re distillate? I know they started making some of their own rye, but also still source some from MGP. Is it around $75?
ETA: I got COVID like 2 weeks ago and haven’t been able to taste, I’m finally starting to taste and smell faintly this morning. Should be jumping back in the thread soon

What’s your favorite wheat bourbon?

Well fav and accessibility are two different things
William Larue Weller would be fav but getting it
Makers Mark series of bottles, accessible.

Maker’s Mark LEs and Private Selections always do well in blinds for me, and I’m not typically huge on a Wheated profile.

FPD have had this sitting in the cupboard for a couple of years so I figured I better open it

Sorry, PaBon, I have to know you personally or someone I know would have to get the bottles from me to give to you.
I can add you to future bottles if the above scenario can happen, but this barrel is all gone.

Epic, glad it's coming back. You've got my sympathy. I had two bouts in six months and lost smell/taste both times. Few things compare to the first drink at 100%.
I think the pepper decanter is their distillate. I'm not giving up on it after one pour. The bottle is a keeper either way.
Finishing off my unused travel pack pours.
