Because they didn’t say “hey I don’t know anything but I think you should buy this stock” on an anonymous message board.

That is where the true market manipulation is. Not in completely cutting off access to NYSE equities for retail investors because reasons

This is very obviously market manipulation on an exponentially higher scale than message board posts.

Alot of people use robinhood. Cant see there being as much volume without the robinhooders. Maybe I'm wrong...

Why hasn’t it been a problem when hedge funds did this for the last three decades? It only matters when retailer investors do it?
