Tropical Storm Gustav just formed in the Carribean. Close to hurricane strength already. Preliminary tracks have it headed to somewhere along the northern gulf coast. We need to keep an eye on this one. Keep that sucker away.

Do you think we will be able to fit all the LSU fans into that stadium in Boone, NC.

It looks like it is going to hit Florida, not Louisiana.

It could always turn once it hits Cuba.

Even if it comes here, it is too far away for this weekend.

ESPN has got to be somewhere behind this nefarious plot.

Every year, a storm is a possible - I hate it - it makes the waiting even more gut wretching to know if LSU will even play

If it would threaten the Northern Gulf coast, Saturday's game would most definately be effected. Remember, evacuations would need to start 2 days ahead of landfall. This will be a cat 5 if it does not hit too much lane. The GFDL model has been thought of a somewhat reliable model over the years. And it has it right in the middle of the gulf pointed towards LA. Not creating a panic, but a Cat 5 is something that deserves attention.

JUST MONITOR.

Look at the above track, and tell me how would that effect anything on Sat, even adding days for evacs.
