The DoJ has a record of the 4900 unique telephone numbers that texted in response to this scheme. Do you REALLY think that the DoJ did not call those numbers and ask the owners about this sequence of events?

if ONE Dem county clerk tossed ONE Trump ballot into the circular floor file

the funny part about all of this (on a larger scale) is that they're literally destroying democracy by "protecting democracy"
on one hand, they're expanding voting numbers, but they're admittedly only expanding into ignorant/unintelligent populations who can easily be manipulated

It’s fraud regardless of party
He can post all the crazy, inane, idiotic stuff he wants. That's his right under the First Amendment.
It's not his fault people ACTUALLY believed it.
If I said, "The government tracks everything. You can now cast your vote for candidate A by pooping between 7 pm and 8 pm on election night and for candidate B between 8 and 9 pm," and SOMEONE believes it, did I commit fraud?

Was it you or Sentrius who pulled similar actions on the day of the 2016 election?

Memes that lie and try to swing elections are illegal.
But an entire media complex that lies and tries to swing elections...is perfectly fine.
Well, no... memes that lie to swing elections are perfectly fine. Memes that try to fool voters into thinking they are voting when they are not might be illegal. Personally, I don't like this though. The law this is based on does not seem appropriate for this case, IMO, but IANAL:

Did they really prevent or hinder their free exercise of their rights? They certainly didn't prevent it, and I can't really see their meme as an actual hindrance. The intent of the law seems to be for things completely different. If they want a law about election misinformation they should have to make one.

What was the crime exactly?
Is FedGov now saying that there must be truth in political ads and social media posts? Gonna be a huge problem if so.

He lied to potential voters who opposed HIS candidate and told them that they could vote by text and thus "avoid the lines" of voting in person.

So this sets precedent for Biden; "I am not against fracking"? I expect an indictment.

How many billboards were erected by Democrats in this state discouraging GOP voters from voting in the January run? Simple answer...a shite ton.

Should have told them he worked for Dominion?

Probably not Sentrius
They'll probably come after everyone over the #DraftOurDaughters memes.
Let them.

You don’t think that lying to the court so that illegal surveillance occurs should be prosecuted? But creating a meme should be?
C’mon, you are much better than that.
