loss of loved ones. Pretty much any loss of someone I knew. I didn’t know Kobe. I was sad he died but it didn’t effect me at all

We were at our baseball meeting when everybody's phones started going off pretty much simultaneously w/the news. We were all in shock.

It is pretty hard to believe that Kobe Bryant isn’t alive right now. Like my brain has a hard time accepting it

Kobe was a G of the realest magnitude. An absolute gift to the sports world. Truly a legend among legends.

Crazy. Not a great story but I'll never forget.

Was talking my little guy to a Nuggets game, was gifted some really good seats. It was and early game, maybe noon Mountain and the first NBA game of the day.

Stopped to cross street to PC maybe 45 mins before and it was crowd of people and you kept hearing chatter as news was just breaking--I had no idea-- and people were actually talking like the old days and just shouting out "LA times says XYZ," my buddy texted me "XYZ" to each other. Same thing in the ticket line to get in.

Pretty impressive the Nuggets put together a legit tribute pregame in under an hour.

When the tribute started it was pretty clear in the stands there were a lot of people who had no idea. Just the gasps and shock were so genuine.

God calls greatness home early. RIP!
Kobe did more in his 40+ years on Earth than most of us could dream.
