LaFleur's decision to kick the field goal is the equivalent of Grady Little leaving Pedro Martinez in the game in the 2003 ALCS. He should be fired after this game.

Rodgers failed. He had multiple shots at taking over the game. Brady looked like shite in the 2nd half. Yet he couldn't get it done
