I’ll say no for 3 valid reasons:

1. He’s a ginger. O hates red heads.

2. He cannot grow a sufficient beard. His mustache doesn’t even touch in the middle of his lip.

3. He wears sweat shirts during practices. Who does he think he is, Billy Belichek?

Just all kinds of red flags here.
