Why's he wanna clean up St George. I thought he loved Baton Rouge. You and your mayor go clean up that shithole, Lipz.

OP is an example of someone too stupid and dense to look past their own political identity when assessing merit of the actions of others.
That's the real cause of division in our country.

He supported anything anti-St. George.
I doubt an arms dealer votes Democrat on the big ticket.

Yeh I wasn't trying to make it political, it would just be funny if a big arms dealers in the region was a democrat. I just googled the name looking for a picture of the sign and a million articles about his opposition to St. George came up.

You people are so hung up on party, I really don't get it. I never see something going on and automatically think "what party is that person? "Well that explains it" or "I can't believe its that person they are this party".
Also.
If he buys it, he can do whatever the frick he wants with it especially if its in their best interest.

And I love the fact that the gun selling, rich, white democrat wants to take action and buy the Motel 6 (affordable housing) to tear it down for the sole reason that he doesn’t like to see poor people walking down the street next to his office.

Right.
He was very, VERY anti-St. George for likely personal reasons related to his own home or business.
But I seriously doubt he votes Dem for bigger offices that have impact on firearm legislation.

If he really cared he would get them all new shopping carts.

I'd love to have fifteen minutes to wander around his warehouse and leave with whatever I could carry in my arms.

All of the motels on Siegen/Reiger near The Advocate's office building should be demolished.

what's wrong with him trying to clean up an area where he owns real estate & a business?
local government sure as shite ain't gonna fix the problem for him.
Local government did clean up the homeless camp in the woods by the Mall of LA intersection. But I'm pretty sure they just put them in the Super 8 and LaQuinta right next to Lipsey's office.

I doubt anyone that makes money selling firearms votes Democrat in a national or even state election, regardless of their actual party affiliation. Not that it matters.
His office is next to a hotel where homeless people are sheltered b/c of Covid and a Suboxone clinic. Both attract sketchy people.

Yes I am familiar, its a dump and has been a dump for at least a decade. Just find it interesting.
Always gotten the vibe that there was some sex work and street level drug distribution going on there. Moving the methadone clinic might help and making some arrests but that is more of an administrative problem.

Lipsey is uniparty. He likes power and influence, and will throw money at any candidate he can control. BTW, he also backed Edwards for Governor.

You’re too stupid to see that I wasn’t complaining about Lipsey. I want to see him clean it up. I was also making the point that Democrats are hypocrites. This post said nothing bad about him.

As long as there is a clinic located there, people will be hanging around. The can't stray far as they need to be back in line the following morning to hold back the withdrawals
