Neighbor moving due to Biden becoming President...

I just learned that my neighbors are selling all of their possessions and moving out to the country where they will live off of "the land". All due to Biden winning and the fear of not being able to sell their home once he enacts his taxes. I've heard about the homeowner's taxes he wants to impose but is this really the way to move forward?

I believe why idiots continue to float the trump tax cuts as bad is because it affects the blue state big cities by reducing the SALT deduction to only $10,000 per year.
So all those dem cities and states who tax their people out the yazoo, it took away their deduction.
